Status of Water at the New Campus

Update:  Worship SHOULD take place at the NEW BUILDING on Prien Lake Road this Sunday, July 12. See note about plumbing below.

The City of Lake Charles completed their water main this morning, Thursday, July 9. At the moment, we are waiting for our contractor and plumber to turn on water to our building. Our plumbing has been pressure-tested with air, but they have never had water in the lines. They should be here before noon, and barring any major leaks, the new building should finally be complete.

This Sunday's schedule will follow the pattern of the last couple of weeks.

Worship Only: 10:30 AM

NO SUNDAY SCHOOL

"SWIMMY WEDNESDAY" July 8th 

All "Kid Connection" classes (K - 6th grade) will meet at the home of Bob Pumpelly at 6:00pm for this month's swimming party. Kids need to wear a swimming suit and a big T-shirt.

We welcome parental involvement as chaperones. If you have questions or would like to help chaperone, contact Steve Hardesty at the Church Office 436-4735 or (C) 274-4670.

Our offices are up and running at our new location. The new phone number is 478-8228.  The old number will forward to the new church for the next two months.

Summer Sundays

What is a "Summer Sunday"? A Summer Sunday is an informal get together where we can play games, laugh, visit, share snacks, etc. Nothing more, nothing less. It's open to all church members and it's a good opportunity to invite a friend.
